Kartini's Day
Kartini Day is a holiday celebrated in Indonesia on April 21st each year. It is named after Raden Ajeng Kartini, an Indonesian national heroine and pioneer in the field of women's rights. Kartini was born on April 21, 1879, in Central Java during the Dutch colonial period.
Kartini was an advocate for education and women's rights in Indonesia, and she worked to promote equality between men and women. She is known for establishing a school for women, which was uncommon at the time, and for her letters, which were published after her death and became a source of inspiration for Indonesia’s women’s rights movement.

“Ground Staff being taught by one of our Employees”
We have female Aviation Security and Ground Staff employees to fill those positions. Regardless of gender, we choose them based on the quality of their work, and we believe this could encourage the spirit of female employees to work without seeing the gender limitations, as we know that those positions required strong physical and mental, but with our female staff willing this could be the proof that every woman has right to choose their passion in work.
